We`ve had our new Choc. Lab. puppy Polly for a week now, almost, but not quite, replacing our lovely girl Biscuit, we lost just over 9 weeks ago. Polly is doing all the usual things, trying to chew everything, including us. Today I pulled a stone from her mouth! She likes spending time in all the crevices and corners, she won`t fit into in 2 months time. We are in that awful period in between vaccinations, and won`t be introduced to the wide world for another 2 weeks. I have ordered a puppy sling so I can do most of the walking for her until she is old enough. Two evenings ago, she started plonking her little bottom in front of the patio doors, hopped onto the lawn, and went on the grass - clever Polly. Sorry I have`nt a photo.
