Buck Shot

by Katherine
(Chattanooga, TN, USA)

The first day I got him!

The first day I got him!

The first day I got him! Priceless What a good lookin lab My Buck Shot

I grew up around dogs but never owned a lab until I received, Buck, for my birthday on August 2008.

He is the best thing to ever come into my life. He will turn 3 on June 2, 2011 & he weighs 75 lbs.

I could not imagine my life without him, if you can’t tell he is my baby, my son, my everything- Momma’s little beautiful baby boy!

We have been through a lot – coming home to a $1200 chewed up couch, walking into the house & the trash can being destroyed with trash everywhere, waking up to Buck snuggling right up next to me with his head on the pillow, taking him camping where he discovered the lake & I could not get him out of the water for two hours but I wouldn’t change a thing. Buck never ceases to amaze me.

He is the most loving, cuddling, sweet dog I have ever met with a great personality. He literally gives me hugs & kisses everyday and he quite possibly is the most spoiled rotten lab in the world.

He loves his tennis ball more than treats, in fact when he went to Obedience class (after the couch incident) he could careless about the juicy treats the trainer had because he knew the tennis ball was in my pocket. The trainer told me she has never met a lab that would pass up food. I told her only my Buck Shot ;-)

Labs are the best dogs EVER and we are so lucky that we are blessed to have one that loves us!!!
