1/2 cup of uncooked oatmeal
1/4 teaspoon of cinnamon
1/4 cup of applesauce
1 tablespoon of honey
1/2 cup of water
carob chips (optional;available at most health food stores)
cookie cutters
cooking spray or butter to grease pan

WHAT YOU DO:Combine the flour, oatmeal, and cinnamon in a large mixing bowl.
Stir in applesauce, honey, and water. Then knead until well mixed and in a soft ball.
Sprinkle small amount of flour on a flat surface and turn the dough out.Roll out to 1/4-inch thick with rolling pin. Add a bit more flour IF the dough is to sticky.
Use cookie cutters to cut out fun shapes. Or you can gently tear the dough apart.Place on a greased cookie sheet and bake at 325*for 25 to 30 minutes.Let cookies cool completly.
If you want you could melt some carob chips and use a toothpick or spoon to spread the carob on the cookies.
CAUTION: NEVER FEED CHOCLATE TO DOGS IT CAN MAKE THEM VERY SICK.
Carob however is safe for dogs to eat.
