My Labrador Has A Skin Irritation

My labrador puppy is 1 month and 8 days old.

Most off the time he has a skin irritation and always doing itch on the body.

I want to know why he is doing this? h

How can he rid from this problem & h is also go for toilet lots in the day is this is also any problem plz solve this problem as soon as possible
